We provide coverage for warranty administrators of extended service plans or ESP's on a nationwide basis, via a proven network of independent repair centers. This network of professionals was created to service warranty administrators efficiently, and at a reasonable cost. We accomplish our goal by focusing specifically on the lawn and garden and outdoor power equipment products. This is the only area where we apply our expertise By limiting our focus we find improved response times and better claims handling in these complex fields.Our response time to any claimant is within 24 hours and placement of that claim with a repair center for service is within 72 hours of request for service. We are achieving 100% of those goals. The advantages to warranty administrators are that they deal with only one service provider. There are cost savings attached to this outsourcing. Equally important is the aspect of accountability at one source. This allows warranty administrators to manage events and control potential problems before they reach endorsable proportions which potentially could jeopardize the customer and warranty administrator relationship. BTTW deals with our independent repair centers directly. We receive their estimates, approve appropriate repairs and make payment when work is completed. Our repair centers enjoy prompt payment without cumbersome paperwork. We pay by check or credit card at the choice of the repair center.
